We have over twelve years of coaching at the mid to senior management level. These engagements range from Fortune 500 firms in a variety of industries in international and domestic markets, to small business owners, as well as not-for-profit organizations. As a result of these diverse experiences, we have achieved extensive business acumen which we share during our coaching engagements. Our Approach
Collaborating with the client as we partner to achieve high performance results is the method we find to be most effective. In each program you will receive:
- Planning and Needs Analysis—to achieve the best business results, we lay the groundwork for an environment of trust. We ask probing questions designed to identify business challenges and assist the client in creating and executing challenging goals.
- Assessments—to assist the client in understanding their behavioral and leadership styles. The focus is for the client to understand themselves and their behaviors as they seek to understand and lead others.
- Implementation—we encourage our clients to explore new frameworks of thinking during brainstorming sessions. We provide candid feedback and a level of accountability to our clients during this phase. We assist the client in creating the action plans that will lead to the desired business results. Accountability of results are discussed and executed.
- Closure—meeting to determine completion status of designed goals.
