Meet The President

Deborah Chambers Chima is the President and CEO of Chambers Consulting Group, LTD. (CCG), a company that specializes in team building, leadership development, and customer service. She is a consultant, trainer, professional speaker as well as a personal and professional development coach. Before establishing CCG, Ms. Chima spent 24 years in the quick service restaurant and retail industries with the last 21 years at McDonald’s Corporation, where she held various management positions in international and domestic markets. Her solid base of experience and unique set of skills in Operations, Training and Development, Management, Sales and Customer Service are demonstrated in her track record of achieving results.

Deborah holds professional memberships in the American Society of Training & Development (ASTD), National Speakers Association (NSA), National Association of Female Executives (NAFE), the International Association of Coaches (IAC) as well as the International Coach Federation (ICF). She is also a member of the Naperville Chamber of Commerce. An authorized distributor of Inscape Publishing’s DiSC® assessments, she is passionate about helping people ignite the path that will achieve their personal and professional goals.

Ms. Chima received recognition in 2003 from Manchester Who’s Who Among Executives and Professional Women for her achievements.

Deborah serves on the Board of Managers for the Martin Luther King Boy’s & Girl’s Club. She volunteers with Big Brothers/ Big Sisters of America, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. and the Warrenville Illinois Youth Center.

Ms. Chima earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Illinois in Champaign, Urbana.
