Biography
Deborah Chambers Chima, “The Leadership Solutions Expert,” is the President and CEO of Chambers Consulting Group, Ltd. (CCG), a consulting and executive coaching firm that partners with organizations to create the environment where desired business results are achieved through improved productivity. Before establishing her firm, Ms. Chima spent 24 years in the retail industry, with the last 21 years at McDonald’s Corporation where she held various corporate management positions with P&L accountability in international and domestic markets. During her award-winning tenure, she established a track record of leading teams to high performance results.
Her collaborative coaching programs are designed to assist the client in accelerating the productivity that leads to fulfillment of their career goals. Deborah is a certified Leadership Coach for Right Management Consultants and an Executive Coach for the National Black MBA Association. In her consultant role, Deborah works with the client to create and execute customized productivity initiatives designed to have a positive impact on bottom line results. Her partial list of clients includes Navistar International, Ortho-Biotech (J&J), Choice Point Precision Marketing, Shell Oil, Alltel, Pro-Line International and McDonald’s Corporation.
Deborah currently serves as a Business Series guest lecturer at Chicago State University. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the National Speakers Association (NSA-IL), and is a Board Director for the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO-Chicago). Deborah is working on her coach certification with the International Coach Federation (ICF). Ms. Chima is passionate about helping people ignite the path that will achieve their professional goals.

Deborah earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana. Ms. Chima received recognition in 2003 from Manchester Who’s Who Among Executives and Professional Women for her achievements.
Ms. Chima has coauthored a book entitled, “Choose to Lead: Advice, Tools, and Strategies for Women, From Women”.
