Our speaker is an expert on helping leaders be more effective and teams more productive. Deborah Chambers Chima, the “Leadership Solutions Expert,” is the CEO of Chambers Consulting Group, Ltd. and resides in Naperville, IL. Chambers Consulting Group focuses on helping organizations and leaders build cohesive and powerful teams that can produce high performance results.
Prior to launching her firm, our speaker was employed by McDonald’s Corporation for twenty-one years where she held myriad corporate management positions. Her role was to provide outstanding interactive customer service through the teams she led.
Her clients over the notable years have been Shell Oil, Johnson & Johnson, McDonald’s Corporation, and Navistar International.
Based on knowledge and experience working in these organizations, our speaker has coauthored the book, “Choose to Lead — Advice, Tools, and Strategies for Women from Women.” The book identifies five essential competencies required to be an effective leader using the CTLPL™ system, which is available today.
