Our speaker is an expert on helping leaders unleash their potential to solve the business challenges of today’s workplace. Deborah Chambers Chima is the President of Chambers Consulting Group, Ltd. and resides in Naperville, IL. Chambers Consulting Group focuses on helping organizations and leaders build cohesive and powerful teams that can produce high performance results.
Prior to launching her firm, our speaker was employed by McDonald’s Corporation for twenty-one years where she held numerous corporate management positions in international and domestic markets. Her role included profit & loss accountability as she demonstrated leadership leading her teams to high performance status.
Some of her notable clients over the years have been Shell Oil, Johnson & Johnson, McDonald’s Corporation, and Navistar International.
Based on knowledge and experience working in these organizations, our speaker has coauthored the book, “Choose to Lead — Advice, Tools, and Strategies for Women from Women.”The book identifies five essential competencies required to be an effective leader. The book is written from the female perspective; yet the leadership insights she shares are truly universal and has been well received by men.
